Fida was selected to provide digital urban communication solutions as part of the Moimenta Bairro Digital project, an initiative created to support and promote local commerce in Moimenta da Beira through the integration of digital technologies into public spaces.
The project represents a concrete example of Fida’s approach to developing reliable, scalable technological solutions suited to urban environments, including at an international level.

Fida’s contribution
Fida provided its expertise and digital signage solutions for urban environments, specifically designed for outdoor applications and use in public spaces.
These solutions were implemented through Ésistemas, Fida’s official distributor in Portugal, which managed operational coordination and local support in synergy with the Moimenta Bairro Digital project.
Implemented solutions
For the Moimenta da Beira project, outdoor digital totems model EKS were installed, designed by Fida to ensure maximum visibility, reliability and continuous operation in urban environments.
Equipped with a high-brightness panel of up to 4,000 nits, perfectly readable even under direct sunlight, IK10 anti-vandal glass, IP55 protection and advanced thermal management systems to operate from -30°C to over +50°C (HBC version), EKS totems deliver consistent performance in any climate condition.
Thanks to the automatic brightness sensor, optional PCAP touch integration and the Octoplus remote diagnostics system for continuous monitoring of operating parameters, they represent a complete and scalable solution for digital urban communication and Smart City projects.
